TL;DR

Boostlingo AI Pro will be fully integrated into Boostlingo Events, creating a single platform for real-time multilingual communication at meetings and events. What were once separate solutions for everyday conversations and large-scale events are now unified so organizations can use lightweight AI translation or full simultaneous interpretation within the same experience, depending on the need.

A quick look at how we got here

Boostlingo Events actually didn’t start as “Boostlingo Events.”

In 2014, VoiceBoxer was founded as a standalone platform focused on remote simultaneous interpreting (RSI) for live, multilingual events. When Boostlingo acquired VoiceBoxer in 2022, event interpretation became part of the broader Boostlingo platform. Later that year, VoiceBoxer was rebranded as Boostlingo Events, bringing professional event interpretation fully under the Boostlingo name.

In 2023, Boostlingo introduced AI Pro with a different goal: to make multilingual communication faster and more accessible for everyday interactions. Boostlingo AI Pro enabled users to quickly launch AI-powered speech-to-text and speech-to-speech translation through a mobile app, Zoom integration, or a web browser without the planning and setup required for traditional events. Boostlingo AI Pro launched in beta in November 2023 with a self-serve, per-user model.

By 2024, AI interpretation expanded into Boostlingo Events, allowing customers to use AI not only for meetings but also within live event environments alongside human interpreters when needed. This validated a hybrid approach across a wider range of real-world use cases.

Why we unified Boostlingo AI Pro and Boostlingo Events

By 2025, it became clear that many customer needs could be served by either AI Pro or Boostlingo Events, and that maintaining separate experiences was creating unnecessary friction.

In practice, organizations weren’t choosing between “meetings” and “events.” They were navigating a continuous stream of communication:

  • Quick internal syncs
  • Frontline huddles
  • In-person conversations with customers, patients, or communities
  • Large, high-stakes live events

The need was consistent: real-time understanding across languages. The difference was the level of support required in the moment.

In 2026, we will unify Boostlingo AI Pro and Boostlingo Events into a single Boostlingo Events experience, enabling customers to seamlessly move between AI and human-based interpretation without switching tools, workflows, or products.

Boostlingo Events in 2026

Modern organizations don’t communicate in one consistent way. Real work happens across quick syncs, face-to-face conversations, structured meetings, and large live events, each with different levels of complexity and urgency.

The challenge is that most language access tools are built for only one of these moments. Event-focused solutions are too heavy for everyday use, while lightweight tools don’t scale when precision and accountability matter. The result is inconsistent language access.

Boostlingo Events solves this by supporting a spectrum of real-time language access on a single platform. Teams can use lightweight, AI-powered speech-to-text and speech-to-speech for live translation in fast, everyday conversations, and professional remote simultaneous interpreting (RSI) for more complex or high-stakes events, without switching tools or workflows.

Who Boostlingo Events is for

For years, language access was treated as something reserved for big moments like keynotes, town halls, formal trainings, and high-stakes events. But in reality, trust at work is built in everyday interactions, like:

  • A quick huddle before a shift
  • A hallway decision that turns into a real meeting
  • A face-to-face conversation with a customer, patient, or community member
  • An informal check-in that determines whether someone feels heard and included

The problem is that language access has historically required planning, setup, and specialized workflows, limiting it to formal events. Everything else defaulted to a single language, leaving people to piece things together afterward.

Boostlingo Events is designed to fix that mismatch by making real-time language access practical for the moments that shape outcomes, from informal meetings that drive decisions to frontline communication where mostly understood is not good enough.

One platform, the right level of support for the moment.

Not every conversation needs the same kind of interpretation.

Some moments require the nuance and precision of professional interpreters. Others require fast, accessible AI translation. Many organizations need both, sometimes within the same day.

Boostlingo Events is built around that reality. Language access should be a dial, not a one-size-fits-all commitment.

Why now?

Work in 2026 is fast, distributed, multilingual, and increasingly face-to-face again.

Language access can’t depend on long lead times, perfect planning, or special workflows. It needs to be available in:

  • The quick sync
  • The on-site huddle
  • The hallway conversation
  • The frontline update

Because inclusion that only shows up for formal events isn’t inclusion. It’s an exception.

Boostlingo Events now supports the full spectrum of multilingual communication, so understanding, participation, and trust don’t drop off when work moves fast.
