How Andor Health Integration with Boostlingo Improves Virtual Nursing

As virtual nursing becomes more common in healthcare, clear communication with every patient—no matter what language they speak—is more important than ever. Thanks to this integration, nurses can now easily invite an interpreter in over 300 languages into a virtual session, before or during the visit.  

Here’s how it works: 

• Before the session, nurses click “Invite Participant” from the patient’s record, select “Interpreter,” and choose the language they need. Options are available for both audio and video interpreters.
• During the session, they can follow the same simple steps to add an interpreter without ending or pausing the visit. Once added, the interpreter appears as a participant in the session and begins helping immediately.

This makes a big difference. Nurses don’t have to switch platforms or call another number. Everything happens in one place, with just a few clicks. 

Meeting Providers Where They Are
