At Boostlingo, we’re always trying to improve our platform’s performance and to add features that are relevant to the way you do business. With those goals in mind, we’re excited to share the new features included in this week’s release: Boostlingo 4.5.10
Announcements:
From the new Communication menu in configuration, LSC Admins now have unprecedented control over how to communicate with ANY role in the system.
Announcements let you configure, customize and test Push/Web notifications to anyone in your Boostlingo instance.
Announcements can be received as a push notification to an iOS or Android device or be sent as a web notification to browser users.
LSC Admins can:
- Notify ALL users of a holiday or an office closure.
- Let interpreters know you need more coverage.
- Announce new features to Accounts
- Alert subscribers on a specific plan about a new offering
- Multiple interpreters with same language in Scheduled OPI/VRI appointment:
Schedule up to 3 interpreters for the same language in a scheduled OPI/VRI appointment. Supported on web and mobile with updates to logs, billing and appointment details for calls with multiple interpreters.
- Welcome Notifications:
For users of Stripe, customize an email template to welcome new subscribers to the platform. Edit the subject and body of the automated message and add links and rich text to make the message pop!
- Audit Trail Additions
Using our audit trail LSC admins can track who, when, and what was changed on any rate card in the system. The Audit Trail documents changes to rate price, rate thresholds, rate rounding, etc. Any field that changes will show previous and current values.
- Driver selection
Now control what device you want to use for an OPI/VRI call. Have multiple headsets or mics? Select the appropriate devices for your work calls!
Other enhancements:
- Configuring Country Codes when dialing through IVR
- Gender selection through IVR
- Rates rounding by 1 hour
