The real magic happens in how availability data connects to other parts of the platform. When booking an appointment, the Appointment Viewer shows live availability, so schedulers can select the right interpreter instantly.
As an added benefit, every schedule update is also logged in the Audit Trail, creating a transparent record for your operations. And because shift data syncs directly with the IMS, there’s no need for exports, imports, or copy-pasting across tools.
