Economic Sanctions & Export Control Compliance

Boostlingo, LLC, and its wholly owned subsidiaries in the United States and elsewhere (collectively, “Boostlingo”) must comply with various economic sanctions programs and export control requirements administered by the United States and other jurisdictions where we conduct business. Such laws prohibit Boostlingo from participating in certain transactions involving restricted countries or parties, be it directly or indirectly through third-parties, including but not limited to, Boostlingo’s customers, subsidiaries, or business partners.
Boostlingo does not provide, sell, ship, transfer, or otherwise make available any of its products, services, technology, and/or technical data to, nor will Boostlingo conduct any business or other activities with, involving, or for the benefit of any of the following:

  • Parties targeted for boycotts, embargoes, sanctions, or other similar measures by the United Nations Security Council;
  • Parties appearing on the European Union’s Consolidated Sanctions List or the United Kingdom’s List of Consolidated Financial Sanctions Targets;
  • Parties appearing on the Denied Parties List, Entity List, or Unverified List administered by the U.S. Commerce Department;
  • Parties appearing on the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (“SDN”) List and any other sanctions lists administered by the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (“OFAC”) and the U.S. State Department;
  • Countries or regions subject to U.S. embargoes or sanctions including, but not limited to, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Kherson, Zhaporizhzhia, Donetsk, and Luhansk Regions of Ukraine; or
  • Parties that are owned or controlled by parties subject to sanctions programs administered by OFAC, whether individually or in the aggregate.

If we become aware of any such current or potential business or activities, we reserve the right to report such information to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to any affected parties.
