In this statement, “Boostlingo” refers to Boostlingo LLC and its wholly owned subsidiaries including (but not limited to) VoiceBoxer ApS and Schedule Intelligence Limited. Boostlingo does not currently have a legal obligation to make this statement but has elected to do so voluntarily to demonstrate our commitment to ethical trading principles and to set out the steps Boostlingo is taking to tackle modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and in our supply chain.
Boostlingo is a language software and technology company that delivers multilingual communication access via interpretation delivery and interpretation management software applications.
Boostlingo opposes slavery and human trafficking in all its forms and has put in place steps that are aimed at ensuring that there is no slavery or human trafficking in our own business. As an organization, Boostlingo is committed to valuing human rights, championing equality, and challenging discrimination. Boostlingo takes our role seriously in taking a robust approach to the global problem of slavery and human trafficking.
Although Boostlingo considers the inherent risk of encountering modern slavery or human trafficking within its business, supply chains, and partnerships to be very low, it is nonetheless an issue that Boostlingo takes seriously. As such, Boostlingo implements measures to support and reinforce its commitment to ensuring that no slavery or human trafficking is present in its supply chains or partnerships.
Boostlingo has policies and procedures in place to ensure compliance with applicable employment laws. Boostlingo’s policies with direct relevance to modern slavery address topics such as safeguarding, whistleblowing, grievance reporting, equality, diversity, inclusion, and dignity at work.
Boostlingo’s Code of Conduct (“Code”) forms part of our Employee Handbook provided to our new employees. Thereafter, all Boostlingo personnel (including applicable contractors) undergo annual business ethics training as part of our annual compliance initiatives. As part of that process, Boostlingo personnel each certify their adherence to the Code and its policies and procedures. Boostlingo operates a group-wide whistleblowing hotline to report any suspicion of inappropriate, unethical, or illegal conduct or behavior in violation of or inconsistent with the Code, any other Boostlingo policy, or any applicable law.
