How On-demand works

Enable Zoom Meeting Interpretation Services

  • Log in to Boostlingo: Navigate to your admin dashboard. 
  • Access Integrations: Go to Settings > System Settings, and select the Integrations tab. 
  • Enable Zoom: Click the toggle to enable Zoom integration. You’ll be prompted to authenticate your Zoom account and allow permissions. 
  • Assign Zoom Licenses: Ensure interpreters have appropriate Zoom licenses if they are joining as panelists or participants. 
  • Schedule with Interpretation: Once enabled, you can assign interpreters and language channels when creating Zoom sessions directly from within Boostlingo.

HOW AI Pro works

How to Set Up an AI Translation Session

  • Install AI Pro from the Zoom App Marketplace: Visit the Boostlingo AI Pro Zoom App page and click “Install.” You’ll be prompted to log in to your Zoom account and authorize the necessary permissions. 
  • Launch a Zoom Meeting: Once installed, start or schedule a Zoom meeting. 
  • Activate AI Pro in the Meeting: During the session, click on the Boostlingo AI Pro icon in the Zoom toolbar to launch the app. 
  • Select Language Preferences: Choose your spoken and captioned languages from the interface. 
  • View Live Captions and Translations: AI Pro will begin displaying translated captions in real time for participants.
