We’re starting a new monthly blog series dedicated to Boostlingo products. Last year brought a lot of changes, and we want to do a better job of sharing new developments and product features with you. To start the year, we’re sharing updates from Boostlingo ii (FKA Interpreter Intelligence), including better customer communication, bulk actions, and financial reporting. These updates are part of our commitment this year to delivering customer-driven innovations that make managing an interpreting services program easier.

Customer-Focused Innovation

This year, the Boostlingo ii team is putting your feedback front and center. We want to identify and meet your needs through ongoing surveys and interviews and aim to make Boostlingo ii easier to use and better at supporting your business.

One of the top priorities from your feedback was improving bulk operations to make managing interpretation jobs more efficient. We know schedulers juggle high volumes of requests, so we’re rolling out improvements that save you time and clicks. These new features are designed to reduce manual work, whether bulk unassigning jobs, offering multiple jobs to a single interpreter, or assigning numerous jobs at once.

Bulk Operations

Managing multiple interpreter jobs is much easier with Boostlingo ii’s new bulk operations feature. You can do it all in a single action, whether you need to assign, offer, or unassign jobs. No more repetitive, one-by-one updates—it’s designed to make job management faster and easier for busy schedulers.

Here’s how it can work. If plans change and you need to unassign multiple jobs from an interpreter, the bulk unassign feature lets you do it in seconds. Have several open jobs? Use bulk offers to send them all at once to a single interpreter instead of offering each individually. And when you’re ready to assign multiple jobs to one interpreter, bulk assign makes it possible—just select the jobs, click, and you’re done.

Clear, Centralized Financial Reporting

This is one that, hopefully, your finance department will love… We’re revamping financial reporting to allow better access to data without digging through tables or requesting custom exports. This feature update hasn’t been released yet, but our new dashboards will put real-time insights at your fingertips. We’ll also be introducing more controls and capabilities around invoicing. Here’s what’s coming:

Clear revenue trends – Instantly see financial performance without sifting through reports.

Complete invoice access – Export all invoice details in seconds.

Better tracking – Compare billable vs. payable amounts and view revenue margins.

Powerful filtering – Slice and dice data by date, language, and service type.
