We’re excited about our new integration with athenahealth because it brings interpreting services into the EHR. This integration eliminates the need for manual workflows, automating post-call documentation to save time and reduce errors.

AI Transcriptions and Summaries
AI-powered transcriptions and summaries for on-demand interpreting calls are now released in beta. This feature automatically transcribes your interpretation sessions and generates concise, easy-to-reference summaries, helping you capture key information without any extra effort.
For example, a nonprofit caseworker helping a Limited English Proficient (LEP) client navigate a healthcare appointment. AI transcripts can help the client understand medical instructions and follow-up care; the caseworker can quickly review the session summary to ensure they have all important details documented, such as key discussion points, action items, and next steps. Keep an eye out for this feature, as it will become more widely available in the coming months.
