Yes, we offer flexible pricing options and our sales team will be happy to provide the quote for your specific one-time event.
What is the minimum internet connection speed needed for a smooth experience?
A basic internet connection like that required for video streaming services like Zoom & Teams.
The download/upload would ideally be 5 Mbps with max 50 ms Ping.
Can I use my own interpreters for an event on your platform?
Yes, we can work with your interpreters to make sure your event is a success. We also have a large network of professional and vetted industry specific interpreters available at your convenience should you need it.
Can you provide interpreters for our event that does not require the BoostEvents platform or integration?
Since BoostEvents is a platform, we are only able to provide interpreters along with the core BoostEvents service.
Do you provide technical support?

Can BoostEvents be integrated with other video conferencing platforms in order to allow interpretation?

Which country is your company located in?

Is BoostEvents GDPR compliant?
Do you store any data after the event has ended?
User login credentials and event analytics is the only type of data stored in our database after the event has ended. Rest assured, we can delete all the data upon request!
What are the actions you take to ensure that privacy and confidentiality of sessions on the BoostEvents platform is guaranteed?
Your Privacy & confidentiality is a top priority for BoostEvents. We ensure privacy and confidentiality through our contract agreement which will have thorough confidentiality clauses. We also have contracts with our interpreters (if we provide them) to ensure that no details about the events are ever shared with other parties. Moreover, each event has a unique key/ID, which will initially be available only to the event creator and individuals entrusted by the event creator.
What is the maximum limit of participants on the BoostEvents platform?
Our platform can support upwards of 5000 participants!

Is it possible to have the event recorded?
Yes, multilingual event recording can be provided for all language channels available if agreed upon before the beginning of the event
Does BoostEvents have polling capability?

Polls can be saved before the event or made on the go during the event, it’s that simple!
Can there be multiple moderators for the event?
Yes, multiple moderators / hosts can be assigned for each session.
Does your platform have a capability to screenshare with audio?
Yes, the screen sharing with audio is a fully functional feature on the BoostEvents platform.
Does your platform allow break out rooms?
Yes, breakout rooms are a fully functional feature on the BoostEvents platform.
Do you have a chat box on the BoostEvents platform?
Yes, chat box is available on the BoostEvents platform and our chat is fully multilingual, meaning that messages can be machine-translated simply by a click of a button in any language needed.
Can I have my company logo appear on the BoostEvents platform?
Yes, you can have your logo or image displayed on the VoiceBoxer platform for your event.
How many languages can the BoostEvents platform support?
There is no technical limit to how many languages can be supported on the BoostEvents platform.
Are there countries where BoostEvents does not operate?
Yes, even though BoostEvents services everyone in the world with internet access available, our server connections must comply with international business and commerce guidelines. This means BoostEvents can be restricted from operating in certain countries that are facing sanctions from governments.
Currently, the list of restricted regions are as follows:

- Donetsk People’s Republic of Ukraine
- Luhansk People’s Republic of Ukraine
